Sponsor a Horse for 2021

Purchase a round bale $80.00 per month

Purchase hay for one horse, for one year

$960.00 per year

One horses will individually eat one, 800 pound round bale per month, 12 per year on a hay diet only.  Our horses are fed quality hay year round to support their special diets for the work they do.  To provide hay for all of our horses for one full year is:7680.00, or 90 round bales per year for 8 horses.  

Purchase a bag of grain

$32.00 per month

Purchase grain for one horse for one year               $384.00 per year 

Our horses are fed a high protein performance diet to keep them healthy for the work they are doing.  One horse will go through 2 bags of grain per month on average.   Total cost of grain for all six horses for one year is 2,304.00                                         


Help with veterinary care

Our horses get vet-checkups every six months to ensure they are healthy, their teeth are taken care of, and includes their shots, worming, and shoes.

Horse Shoes

Max has his shoes reset roughly every 6 to 8 weeks, this includes his trims, and shoes. Averages around 600.00 per year

Farrier service for each individual horse

Our horses have their feet trimmed every six to eight weeks.  We have five other horses besides Max that provide our therapy services, so this equates to 250.00 every 6 to 8 weeks.  

Shots, worming, and other vaccinations

80.00

For six horses it averages about 80.00 per horse, every 6 months.  This includes vaccinations and wormer.  Results in 480.00 every 6 months, or 960.00 per year.  

16' Corral Panels

We are always in desperate need of more corral panels. The more panels the larger we can make the horse runs, which gets them more exercise they need to thrive. 

100' Woven wire fence

145.00

We are always in desperate need of more fencing.  We are in need of woven wire fencing, so we can build our pastures for the horses to run and freely eat grass here at the Ranch. 

5" Treated Wood Fence Posts

We are always in desperate need of more fencing.  We are in need of treated wood fence posts, so we can build our pastures for the horses to run and freely eat grass here at the Ranch. 

7' Steel Fence T-Posts

We are always in desperate need of more fencing.  We are in need of steel fence posts, so we can build our pastures for the horses to run and freely eat grass here at the Ranch.
